WHAT IS NAVIGATE?

An evidence-based coordinated specialty care model, NAVIGATE significantly improves outcomes for individuals who have experienced their first psychotic episode. The NAVIGATE method focuses on getting those affected to build resiliency, get back to work and study, and develop valuable relationships. NAVIGATE incorporates a multidisciplinary team with key components including:

  • Family and peer support
  • Medication
  • Case Management
